Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Medical Director to lead a large, well-equipped hospital offering general practice, urgent care, and emergency services. In addition to administrative responsibilities, you will continue to see patients and perform clinical duties, serving as a role model in both medicine and professionalism.
Qualifications Needed:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) from an accredited institution
- Active California veterinary license in good standing
- DEA registration or ability to obtain and maintain
- Minimum of three to five years of clinical veterinary experience
- Strong leadership, surgical, and diagnostic skills
