Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Lead Veterinarian to combine hands-on clinical practice with responsibility for guiding and developing a collaborative veterinary team. This full-time leadership opportunity offers a varied companion animal caseload within a modern, purpose-built hospital equipped with advanced diagnostic, dental, imaging, laboratory, and therapeutic technology. The successful veterinarian will have scope to introduce new clinical ideas, strengthen services, mentor colleagues, and help drive consistently high standards of patient care while working closely with an experienced Practice Manager.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and support veterinarians and nursing colleagues in delivering excellent clinical care
- Manage a diverse range of medical, diagnostic, and general practice cases
- Mentor veterinary colleagues and encourage continued clinical development
- Identify opportunities to expand services and improve patient outcomes
- Work alongside practice leadership to strengthen clinical standards and team performance
Package:
