  • A proactive approach to clinical development, sound professional judgement and dedication to compassionate patient care.

Package:

  • Flexible full-time scheduling with the choice of three 12-hour shifts weekly or two 15-hour shifts weekly.
  • Generous signing incentive of up to $50,000 alongside monthly production bonuses with no negative accrual arrangements.
  • No restrictive non-compete agreements, allowing greater professional independence and career flexibility.
  • Access to advanced clinical equipment, including CT imaging, endoscopy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and extensive in-house diagnostics.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance choices with flexible healthcare spending account options.
  • Employer-matched 401(k) retirement contributions and complimentary life insurance protection of $25,000.
  • Generous continuing education allowances, professional liability insurance and veterinary information resource membership provided.
  • Paid annual leave, sick leave, personal days and dedicated professional development time.
  • Veterinary licensing expenses, DEA registration and relevant professional association membership fees reimbursed.
