Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Emergency Veterinarian to join a 24/7 referral and emergency setting delivering advanced care to patients with urgent and complex medical needs. This full-time opportunity is suited to an experienced emergency clinician who enjoys fast-paced case management, collaborative medicine and access to sophisticated diagnostic and surgical capabilities.
The position provides considerable scheduling flexibility, with options including two to three shifts per week and alternative block-style rotations. Veterinarians have access to an extensive in-house laboratory, dedicated radiology facilities, ultrasound, digital endoscopy, laparoscopic equipment, CT and fluoroscopy, supporting confident investigation and treatment of challenging emergency presentations. Applicants should have at least one year of emergency veterinary experience, strong diagnostic and surgical capabilities, a current state veterinary licence and the ability to obtain and maintain DEA registration.
