Job Description:Our client is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join a long-established small animal hospital in New Windsor, New York. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hybrid environment, combining emergency and general practice medicine within a supportive and well-equipped clinical setting.

You will be part of a collaborative veterinary team managing a diverse caseload, from urgent presentations to ongoing medical cases. The practice is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment tools, allowing you to deliver high-quality care while continuing to develop your clinical expertise in emergency medicine.

Responsibilities:
Managing emergency and urgent care cases across a varied patient population
Performing diagnostics and developing effective treatment plans
Delivering surgical and medical interventions where required
Communicating clearly with clients during high-pressure situations
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure consistent patient care

Qualifications Needed:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent qualification
Eligible for licensure in New York
Experience or strong interest in emergency or urgent care medicine
Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively within a team-focused environment
