Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Emergency Veterinarian to join an experienced ECC team in a permanent part-time capacity. The role offers a varied emergency caseload within a 24/7 hospital setting, with access to modern equipment and the support of Membership-qualified emergency veterinarians who are committed to mentoring, teamwork and high clinical standards.
This opportunity would suit a veterinarian with established emergency and critical care experience who is comfortable working across a rotating roster that includes overnight, weekend and public holiday shifts. The successful candidate will have the chance to continue developing advanced ECC skills through structured learning, hands-on workshops and ongoing case-based education.
Qualifications Needed:
- Current veterinary registration in Western Australia, or eligibility to obtain
- Around three years of Emergency and Critical Care experience preferred
- Confidence managing urgent and critically ill small animal patients
- Availability for overnight, weekend and public holiday roster participation
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to clinical care
