Job Description: Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Veterinarian to undertake a structured, one-year Emergency and Critical Care Internship commencing in 2027. This programme is designed for clinicians looking to strengthen their emergency medicine capabilities, develop greater confidence in managing critically ill patients and gain valuable experience within a busy multidisciplinary referral setting. Working alongside more than 30 veterinary professionals, including board-certified criticalists and experienced specialists, the successful candidate will benefit from extensive clinical exposure, personalised mentorship and a comprehensive educational programme.
The internship provides primary responsibility for emergency and intensive care cases under close specialist supervision, with more than 70% of clinical shifts overlapping with experienced emergency veterinarians or criticalists. Educational activities include twice-daily intensive care rounds, weekly clinical discussions, journal reviews and structured performance assessments. Access to advanced diagnostic equipment, including CT, ultrasound, digital radiography and mechanical ventilation, supports practical learning, while planned facility expansion will introduce additional specialist departments and enhanced clinical resources.
Package:
- Twelve-month structured Emergency and Critical Care Internship running from 2027 to 2028 with dedicated specialist mentorship.
