Job Description: Our client is seeking a Veterinary Clinic Lead to provide day-to-day functional leadership across mobile veterinary clinic operations. The position involves coordinating field team activities, supporting smooth clinic delivery, resolving customer and operational issues, and ensuring established procedures are followed accurately throughout each shift.
The successful candidate will be comfortable directing colleagues, communicating with customers and site teams, handling animals, managing clinic equipment and completing operational documentation. This is a hands-on position requiring travel between clinic locations, strong organisational skills and the confidence to resolve problems independently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Qualifications Needed:
- Previous experience across veterinary clinic support functions
- Strong leadership and customer service abilities
- Confidence handling and restraining animals safely
- Ability to operate company vehicles between clinic locations
