Job Details:  Our client is looking for a Clinical Director to join their team. They are dedicated to providing leadership support and business development, along with flexible rostering and a great team culture, this opportunity would be ideal for an energetic vet wanting to lead a strong team, in one of Sydney’s most desired areas.

Our client are looking for 2 new Veterinary Directors due to an internal move. Only a few years old and servicing a loyal client base in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, their clinics are fully equipped with Vepalabs Biochemistry and Haematology units, digital x-ray and Im3 dental, modern consult rooms, sterile surgery and provide a high standard of care to their clients and rewarding environment for their experienced team.

The role:

– Leading a team of passionate Vets and Vet Nurses
– Delivering personalised, professional and dedicated care to their patients and owners
– Handling and treating all animals
– Regular consults and routine surgery
– Using evidence-based diagnoses, therapies and recommended courses of treatment
– Providing follow-up care and education of their pet owners
– Confidently working as a sole practitioner in the clinic when required

There is no sole charge or after hours involved.

Requirements:

  • Veterinarian with at least 4-5 years practical experience, and registration to work in Australia.
  • Strong clinical leadership and proven management skills, and a desire to nurture the development of new graduate vets.
  • An ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of the team.
