Small Animal Associate Veterinarian Job, Wileville, Nova Scotia, Canada

Job Description: Our client is seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established small animal practice offering a diverse clinical caseload, excellent mentorship and opportunities for continued professional development. With over 50 years of experience serving its local community, this opportunity is ideal for both experienced veterinarians and developing clinicians who enjoy practising high-quality medicine within a collaborative and encouraging environment. The position offers the chance to work alongside seven veterinarians, five registered veterinary technicians and dedicated support professionals who share a strong commitment to exceptional patient care.

Daily case discussions, morning clinical rounds and guidance from veterinarians with additional expertise in dentistry and diagnostic imaging create a rewarding environment for professional learning and clinical progression.

This clinic is a short drive from Bridgewater.

Package:

  • Generous continuing education allowances supporting specialist interests and ongoing clinical development.
  • Comprehensive health insurance benefits designed to support personal healthcare requirements.
  • Paid annual vacation allowances and opportunities to discuss flexible working arrangements.
  • Professional veterinary licensing fees and relevant registration expenses covered.
  • Complimentary veterinary information resource membership supporting evidence-based clinical learning.
  • Generous veterinary care benefits for personal pets alongside additional employee support provisions.
  • Opportunity to work with an experienced veterinary team and develop expertise across surgery, advanced dentistry and diagnostic medicine.
