Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a modern primary and urgent care setting with a strong emphasis on clinical autonomy, efficient workflows and continued professional development. This full-time opportunity is suited to a veterinarian with at least one year of clinical experience who enjoys a varied caseload and wants access to advanced technology and structured mentorship.

The successful candidate will manage primary and urgent care cases with support from experienced clinical staff and remote nursing resources. Available technology includes AI-assisted scribing, automated dispensing systems and immersive training tools, while development opportunities include personalised mentorship plans, specialist input, dentistry training, procedural coaching and pathways into future leadership roles. There are no overnight shifts and no on-call requirements.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing consultations, diagnostics and treatment plans across primary and urgent care cases
  • Providing clear, compassionate communication to clients throughout each patient journey
  • Working collaboratively with clinical and remote support teams to maintain efficient case flow
  • Using available technology to support documentation, prescribing and patient management
  • Continuing to develop procedural and clinical skills through structured training opportunities
