Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated small animal veterinarian to support a comprehensive veterinary practice serving a diverse clientele in Vancouver. You will be part of a team delivering preventive, medical, surgical, dental, and specialty care to companion animals with a focus on exceptional client service and compassionate patient outcomes.

This role offers the opportunity to engage with a broad range of small animal cases, including wellness care, routine procedures, diagnostic support, and urgent needs within a well-equipped clinic environment. You will collaborate with experienced professionals who value clear communication, professional growth, and building lasting relationships with clients and their pets.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive wellness exams and preventive healthcare planning  
  • Performing routine soft tissue surgery and dental procedures with follow-up care  
  • Interpreting diagnostic imaging and in-house laboratory results for informed treatment  
  • Communicating treatment options and health recommendations to pet owners

Qualifications Needed:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent  
  • Licensure or eligibility to practice veterinary medicine in British Columbia  
  • Comfortable managing a full range of small animal medical and surgical cases  
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills
