Job Description: Our client is seeking a Senior Small Animal Veterinarian to join a well-established, award-winning hospital in the heart of the Canberra region. With over 30 years of trusted service to the community, this full-time role offers a rare opportunity to step into a senior clinical position with a clear pathway toward becoming Lead Vet.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing complex clinical cases across surgery, dentistry and diagnostics
- Contributing to clinical decisions and hospital-wide case reviews
- Mentoring junior veterinarians and nursing staff
- Working closely with the leadership team on practice development
- Providing high-level patient and client care with compassion and clarity
