Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established clinical setting offering a strong blend of hands-on veterinary medicine and leadership responsibility. Ideally bringing at least five years of experience, the successful veterinarian will provide high-quality first-opinion care while mentoring developing clinicians, contributing to clinical standards, and working closely with practice leadership to improve processes and day-to-day operations.
The role offers a four-day working week with no weekends or late evenings, supporting an excellent balance between clinical responsibility and personal time.
