Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established practice in Taranaki, offering a varied caseload within a supportive and team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for a veterinarian with some clinical experience who is looking to further develop their skills while delivering high-quality care to companion animals.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to build confidence across consultations, diagnostics, and routine procedures while working alongside experienced colleagues. In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering consultations and preventative care for small animal patients

  • Providing clear and supportive communication to pet owners  

Qualifications Needed:

  • A veterinary degree eligible for registration in New Zealand  
  • Previous experience in small animal practice preferred
