In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering thorough medical assessments and diagnostic planning for dogs, cats, and small mammals
- Providing perioperative care and managing routine surgical cases with confidence
- Collaborating with nursing staff to ensure continuity of quality care
- Educating clients on preventive health plans and treatment expectations
- Upholding detailed and compliant clinical record keeping
Qualifications Needed:
- Veterinary degree recognised for practise in Australia and eligibility to be registered
- Comfort with general practice medicine and surgical procedures
- Strong rapport skills with clients and team members
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive clinical team
