Job Description: Our client is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative AAHA-accredited small animal hospital committed to providing high-quality medicine within a supportive and team-oriented environment. The clinic manages a varied companion animal caseload including preventative care, surgery, dentistry, and general medical cases, supported by modern diagnostic equipment and a highly capable support team. In this position, your responsibilities will include:  

  • Providing preventative, diagnostic, and medical care to companion animals  
  • Performing routine soft tissue surgical and dental procedures  
  • Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to ensure high clinical standards  
  • Building long-term relationships with clients through effective communication  
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records  

Qualifications Needed:  

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent qualification  
  • Eligibility to practice veterinary medicine in Massachusetts  
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills  
  • Collaborative approach to veterinary medicine and teamwork  
  • Commitment to high standards of patient care and ongoing professional development
