Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative companion animal setting providing comprehensive care for dogs and cats. The position offers exposure to everything from routine wellness and preventive medicine through to more involved medical cases, with modern diagnostic resources including digital radiography and ultrasound. Alternative medicine approaches, fear-conscious handling, and hands-free radiology techniques also contribute to the varied clinical environment.
This full-time opportunity offers either 7:00 am to 5:00 pm or 8:00 am to 6:00 pm shifts, with rotating weekend coverage when required. Experienced veterinarians are welcomed, while students and new graduates may also be considered with dedicated mentorship available to support their clinical development and confidence in practice.
Qualifications Needed:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited university or equivalent veterinary qualification
- Texas veterinary licensure in good standing or eligibility to obtain the required licence
- Commitment to delivering ethical and consistently high standards of veterinary medicine
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Interest in continued learning and development across a varied small animal caseload
