Job Description: Our client is seeking a motivated Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established companion animal hospital offering comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental services. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing progressive medicine while working in a supportive environment with a collaborative clinical team.

The position offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to the continued development of the hospital while delivering high-quality care to small animal patients. The successful candidate will work alongside skilled veterinary professionals and experienced support staff while helping maintain excellent clinical standards, strong client relationships, and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) from an accredited veterinary program  
  • Active veterinary license in the state of California or eligibility to obtain one  
  • Solid diagnostic abilities and interest in small animal medicine and surgery  
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and client education skills  
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative veterinary team
