Small Animal Associate Veterinarian Job, Parksville, British Columbia, Canada

Job Description: Our client is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Associate Veterinarian to join a welcoming small animal practice offering flexible full-time and part-time opportunities. This position is suitable for both recent veterinary graduates and experienced clinicians who enjoy providing personalised care to dogs and cats while developing meaningful relationships with pet owners. Package:

  • Opportunities to expand veterinary expertise through continued learning and practical clinical experience
  • Experience working alongside professionals trained in Fear Free patient handling and compassionate treatment techniques
  • Collaborative case management with experienced colleagues offering guidance across varied clinical interests
  • An established small animal caseload providing opportunities to strengthen client relationships and develop individual clinical interests
  • Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling options designed to accommodate individual availability and personal commitments
  • Potential production-based bonuses providing additional earning opportunities alongside hourly compensation
  • A possible signing incentive subject to individual employment arrangements
