Job Details: This practice in Kawartha Lakes is a privately owned hospital looking for a Full-Time DVM to join their growing team!
They are open 8am – 5pm, M-F, so the team can enjoy all the Kawartha Lakes offers! Salary starts at $130,000 plus profit sharing for you to financially benefit from providing exceptional patient care, without the stress of ownership!
Their full support team consists of 4 techs, 3 assistants and 2 receptionists who work together to create a wonderful hospital atmosphere (no drama here)! They help the DVMs with writing records, all sx prep/induction/monitoring, diagnostics, client wellness talks and tech appointments to help them stay on time!
New grads are encouraged to come and get hands-on mentorship support based on your needs! The practice owner will sit down with you to determine your mentorship needs and meet with you weekly to make sure you’re getting the right support to grow! You’ll always be working with at least 1 other DVM to collaborate over cases together!

Package:
• Starting salary of $130,000 + (based on experience), with up to $20,000 signing bonus/relocation fee.
• 5wks paid vacation paid sick days (and you’re off from Christmas to New Year’s day)!
