Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established, multi-doctor practice offering a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. This role provides an excellent opportunity for both experienced veterinarians and those earlier in their career, with structured mentorship and the ability to grow within a busy and varied caseload.

The position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys a mix of consultations, diagnostics, and surgery, with access to modern equipment and a skilled support team. You will be encouraged to develop your clinical interests while delivering high-quality care and building strong relationships with clients in a dynamic setting. 

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing consultations and developing appropriate treatment plans
  • Performing routine surgical and diagnostic procedures
  • Managing a varied caseload including preventative and urgent care
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient patient care
  • Communicating clearly with clients to support informed decisions

Qualifications Needed:

  • DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
  • Eligible for veterinary licensure in California
  • Experience in small animal practice preferred
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
