Job Description: Our client is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join a supportive and established clinical environment serving a varied patient base. The caseload is primarily companion animal, with additional exposure to birds, rabbits, pocket pets, equine patients and hobby farm animals, creating a broad and engaging role for a veterinarian who enjoys variety.
The position offers access to modern diagnostic and treatment facilities including an in-house laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound, ECG, iStat and a dedicated dental suite. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced veterinary and support professionals, with hands-on mentorship available for newer graduates and plenty of opportunity to continue developing surgical, medical and diagnostic skills.
Qualifications Needed:
- DVM qualification from an accredited university
- Eligibility for veterinary licensure in Manitoba
- Strong communication skills with a genuine interest in client education
- Positive and collaborative approach to working within a clinical team
- Interest in equine or large animal medicine would be an advantage
