Job Description: Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced small animal veterinarian to join a dedicated team providing comprehensive care for cats, dogs, and companion pets. This role invites a veterinarian who values a holistic approach to patient care and client communication, delivering preventive medicine, diagnostics, surgery, and dental services in a supportive clinic environment. 

You will collaborate closely with a knowledgeable team of clinicians and support staff in a setting that emphasizes both professional excellence and positive client experiences. The position offers the chance to work with advanced diagnostic tools and tailor individualized treatment plans that enhance the health and well-being of pets across the North Vancouver community. 

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough wellness exams and establishing preventive health strategies  
  • Performing soft tissue surgical procedures and dental care with attention to detail  
  • Utilizing diagnostic imaging and laboratory results to guide clinical decisions  
  • Providing clear and compassionate communication with pet owners about care options

Qualifications Needed:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent  
  • Licensure or eligibility to practice in British Columbia  
  • Proficiency in general small animal medicine and surgery  
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused approach
