Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established GP setting with a strong focus on thorough case workups, quality medicine and collaborative clinical support. The role offers a varied caseload spanning preventative healthcare, medical investigations and routine soft-tissue procedures, with access to digital radiography, dental imaging, ultrasound and an in-house laboratory.
This opportunity would suit a veterinarian who is confident across consultations, general medical cases and routine surgery, while still valuing the support of an experienced clinical leader. Full-time or part-time arrangements are available, with predictable GP hours, no on-call requirement and no after-hours responsibilities.
Qualifications Needed:
- BVSc, DVM or equivalent qualification recognised by the AVBC
- Eligibility for veterinary registration in Queensland
- Confidence managing consultations, medical workups and routine surgical procedures
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative and team-focused approach
- Interest in developing further clinical expertise within general practice
