Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join their compassionate and collaborative team in Mississauga. In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing consultations and preventative care for companion animals
- Managing medical cases and developing treatment plans
- Performing soft tissue surgery and dental procedures
- Utilizing diagnostic tools including digital radiography and in-house lab equipment
- Collaborating closely with veterinary nurses and support staff
- Delivering compassionate care and building strong client relationships
Qualifications Needed:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Valid provincial veterinary license in Ontario (or eligibility)
- Experience in small animal practice with surgical and dental proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high standards of patient care and teamwork
