Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Veterinarian with a strong interest in practice ownership, clinical leadership and building a successful veterinary centre. This opportunity combines hands-on medicine with the ability to shape clinical standards, develop the working culture and take an active role in the long-term performance of the hospital.
The successful veterinarian will have significant autonomy over medical protocols and day-to-day clinical decisions while receiving dedicated operational support across areas such as recruitment, marketing, finance and administration. This position would suit an established clinician ready to move into ownership while continuing to practise high-quality preventative, medical, dental and surgical care.
Qualifications Needed:
- DVM, VMD or equivalent recognised veterinary qualification
- Valid veterinary licence within the appropriate state
- Four or more years of clinical veterinary experience
- Previous leadership experience with an interest in practice ownership
- Commitment to preventative medicine, client service and continued professional development
