Job Description: Our client is seeking a full-time small animal veterinarian to join a long-established clinical setting that values consistency, quality medicine, and strong client relationships. This role is well suited to a clinician who enjoys being hands-on with cases while contributing positively to a close-knit and collaborative veterinary team.

The position offers a varied small animal caseload with the opportunity to work in a well-equipped environment that supports thorough diagnostics and thoughtful case management. The successful candidate will be encouraged to bring their own ideas, clinical interests, and approach to care while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering thorough medical assessments and treatment plans for small animal patients  
  • Performing surgical and diagnostic procedures aligned with experience and confidence  
  • Communicating clearly with clients to support informed decision-making  
  • Working closely with veterinary nurses and support staff to maintain efficient workflows  
  • Contributing to daily clinical standards and case follow-up  

Qualifications Needed: 

  • Ability to work effectively within a team-based clinical environment  
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent qualification  
  • Eligibility for veterinary licensure in the relevant state  
  • A confident, compassionate clinical approach with attention to detail
