Job Description: Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Associate Veterinarian to deliver comprehensive medical care for dogs, cats and occasional exotic or pocket-pet patients. The position offers access to digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, cold laser therapy, advanced anaesthetic monitoring, an in-house laboratory and a fully equipped dental suite.
The successful candidate will join an established clinical team and manage cases from initial examination through diagnosis, treatment and discharge. This role would suit a confident veterinarian who values high clinical standards, effective client education and collaborative decision-making.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough examinations and developing appropriate diagnostic and treatment plans
- Performing surgical, dental and medical procedures within professional competency
- Educating pet owners clearly about clinical findings, medications and follow-up care
- Monitoring hospitalised patients and helping maintain consistent standards from admission to discharge
- Keeping complete medical records while following pharmacy and controlled-medication protocols
Qualifications Needed:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or Veterinary Medical Doctor degree from an accredited institution
- Current New York veterinary licence in good standing
- Active DEA registration or willingness to obtain and maintain it
- At least one year of experience within a veterinary practice
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, dental and interpersonal communication skills
