In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Proficient animal handling and restraint skills
- Support doctors and technicians in administering medical treatments, diagnostic tests, and procedures
- Gather health history from clients and ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment and patient areas
- Monitor and replenish medical supplies as needed
- Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through ongoing learning opportunities
Our client is seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- 2 years of veterinary clinical experience as a veterinary assistant
- Strong communication skills and adept at problem-solving and multitasking
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, prioritise tasks, and maintain a positive attitude
