Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a well-supported clinic providing both primary and urgent care services to a diverse patient base. This opportunity is available on a part-time or full-time basis and is ideal for a veterinarian who values flexibility, thoughtful medicine, and a collaborative clinical setting.

The role is structured to reduce administrative load and allow clinicians to focus on patient care, supported by efficient systems and experienced teams. With adaptable scheduling and no overnight responsibilities, the position promotes sustainable practice while encouraging ongoing clinical development and confidence.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Veterinary degree eligible for registration in the District of Columbia  
  • Comfort managing small animal medical and urgent care cases  
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach  
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team  

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality care across routine and urgent presentations  
  • Formulating diagnostic and treatment plans with sound clinical judgement
