Job Description: Our client is seeking Small Animal Veterinarians to join a brand-new purpose-built companion animal clinic opening in October 2026 on the Gold Coast. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a founding team and help shape the culture, standards, and daily workflow of the practice from the beginning.
The clinic will offer modern consulting rooms, contemporary diagnostic equipment, efficient systems, and a supportive team structure. Full-time and part-time options are available, with opportunities for experienced associate veterinarians as well as a clinical lead veterinarian interested in mentoring, team development, and hands-on clinical work.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality companion animal consultations, diagnostics, and treatment planning
- Helping build strong client relationships within a growing local community
- Working with the team to shape practical systems, standards, and workflows
- Supporting a collaborative clinical environment from the clinic’s opening
- Contributing to patient care, case discussion, and ongoing service development
Qualifications Needed:
- Veterinary degree recognised in Australia
- Eligibility to practise as a veterinarian in Queensland
- Experience in companion animal practice preferred
- Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Interest in flexible working, team development, or leadership welcomed
