Job Description: Our client is seeking a small animal associate veterinarian to join a respected and well-established general practice environment with a collaborative, experienced clinical team. This role would suit a veterinarian with at least three years of experience who enjoys a balanced mix of consulting and surgery, strong team support, and a culture built around high standards of care.
The position offers a 4-day week with 1 in 4 Saturdays and flexibility around working days. You will be supported each shift by nurses and additional support staff, with access to in-house diagnostics, imaging, structured team communication, and opportunities to continue developing clinical interests.
Qualifications Needed:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a small animal veterinarian
- Strong clinical judgement across general practice consultations and surgery
- Calm and organised approach within a busy daily caseload
- Clear communication skills with clients, nurses, and veterinary colleagues
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to high-quality patient outcomes
