Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a progressive, well-equipped hospital providing comprehensive care to an established companion animal caseload. This full-time opportunity combines general medicine, diagnostics, dentistry and surgery, giving the successful veterinarian plenty of variety while working alongside experienced veterinary professionals and skilled support staff.
The clinical setting includes dedicated surgical facilities, digital and dental radiography, high-speed dental equipment and access to advanced ultrasound services. Separate canine and feline treatment areas help support efficient patient care, while additional rehabilitation expertise provides another resource when managing more complex cases.
Qualifications Needed:
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Current New Jersey veterinary licence or appropriate eligibility
- DEA registration obtained and maintained as required
- At least one year of veterinary practice experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, dental and client communication capabilities
