Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a well-equipped, medically progressive setting where high-quality patient care and thoughtful clinical decision-making are strongly encouraged. The position offers exposure to advanced diagnostics and treatment options, including surgery, radiology, ultrasound, cardiology-related cases, oncology care and laser therapy. Alongside traditional small animal medicine, there is also the opportunity to encounter reptile patients and urgent care presentations, making this a particularly varied role for a veterinarian who enjoys broadening their clinical experience.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering comprehensive consultations, diagnostics and treatment plans across a varied caseload
- Guiding clients through clinical findings and available treatment options with clear, compassionate communication
- Managing medical and surgical cases while maintaining consistently high standards of patient care
- Working closely with veterinary support staff to coordinate efficient and effective case management
- Contributing positively to continued clinical improvement and knowledge sharing within the workplace
Qualifications Needed:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent veterinary qualification
- Current eligibility to practise veterinary medicine in Washington State
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish lasting client relationships
- A collaborative approach combined with sound independent clinical judgement
