Job Description: Our client is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join an AAHA-accredited small animal hospital delivering a combination of preventative care, general medicine and walk-in urgent care. The role offers considerable clinical variety, with the opportunity to see exotic patients for veterinarians who have an interest in this area, although exotic experience is not essential. The successful candidate will take ownership of patient care from diagnosis through treatment while building trusted relationships with clients and communicating treatment recommendations clearly.
The anticipated rota consists of 12-hour shifts, working Wednesday through Friday from 7am to 7pm one week, followed by Thursday through Saturday from 7am to 7pm the next. This structure provides extended periods away from work between scheduled shifts while allowing the veterinarian to manage a broad and engaging caseload within a collaborative clinical setting.
