Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a long-established community-focused general practice in northwest Chicago. The hospital has served the Mont Clare neighbourhood since the 1970s and is known for its welcoming atmosphere, strong local relationships, and collaborative team culture.
The practice currently has two full-time veterinarians and a team of 12 staff members. Full-time or part-time arrangements may be considered, with a full-time schedule generally ranging from 30 to 35 hours per week. Students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive dedicated mentorship.
The hospital provides preventative care, sick-patient consultations, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, hands-free digital radiography, and in-house and reference laboratory diagnostics. Mobile ultrasound is available, with focused scans also performed in-house by the Medical Director. The team would also welcome a veterinarian with orthopaedic surgery experience.
