Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a long-established small animal practice in Chesapeake, Virginia. This full-time role is suited to an experienced veterinarian, student, or new graduate looking for a supportive team, dedicated mentorship, and a stable client base.
The position focuses on dogs and cats, with access to useful clinical tools including ultrasound, cautery, suction equipment, and hands-free radiology. You will be part of a close-knit team with strong staff retention and a calm, community-focused working environment.
Qualifications Needed:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent qualification
- Active Virginia veterinary license, or eligibility to obtain one
- New graduates and students welcome to apply

Package:
- Full-time position available
- Dedicated mentorship for students and new graduates
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Thursday hours from 10:00am to 7:00pm
- Rotating Saturdays from 8:00am to 2:00pm
