Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established companion animal hospital in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. This full-time opportunity is suited to a veterinarian who enjoys high-quality general practice, strong client relationships, and working within a collaborative team that values communication, learning, and work-life balance.

The position offers a varied small animal caseload across preventative care, wellness visits, sick patient appointments, routine surgery, dental procedures, digital radiography, acupuncture, boarding, grooming-related support, and ongoing treatment planning. With a supportive clinical team and a hospital culture focused on compassionate care, this role provides an excellent setting for a veterinarian looking to grow in a trusted community practice.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent qualification
  • North Carolina veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain one
  • Commitment to high-quality small animal medicine and ethical clinical practice
  • Strong communication skills with clients, colleagues, and support staff
  • Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for continued learning and team-based care

Package:

  • Full-time position with Monday to Saturday hospital hours
