Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative and patient-focused clinical environment where teamwork and high standards of care are central to daily practice. This opportunity offers exposure to a varied caseload including preventative medicine, diagnostics, and routine surgery, allowing the successful candidate to develop clinical confidence while working alongside an experienced and supportive veterinary team.

The role is well suited to a veterinarian who enjoys building strong client relationships, contributing to a positive team culture, and continuing to refine their medical and surgical skills. With a structured workflow and strong technician support, the position enables veterinarians to focus on delivering thoughtful, high-quality care while maintaining a balanced and sustainable schedule.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive wellness care, diagnostics, and treatment planning for small animal patients
  • Performing routine surgical and dental procedures with attention to patient safety
  • Working closely with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure smooth workflow
  • Educating clients on preventative care, treatment options, and follow-up plans
  • Maintaining accurate medical records while supporting continuity of patient care

Qualifications Needed:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) with eligibility for state licensure
