Job Description: Our client is seeking a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established small animal setting on either a full-time or part-time basis. The position offers a varied clinical caseload with opportunities to deliver preventative medicine, diagnostics, dentistry, internal medicine and surgical care while developing trusted relationships with pet owners.

The successful veterinarian will work alongside experienced clinical and support professionals in a modern, well-equipped environment. With weekday operating hours and no weekend commitments, this opportunity provides an attractive balance between rewarding clinical work and time away from practice.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assess patients thoroughly and develop appropriate diagnostic and treatment plans
  • Perform routine surgical, dental and medical procedures to a high clinical standard
  • Guide pet owners through treatment recommendations with clear and considerate communication
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records throughout each stage of care
  • Contribute to efficient daily clinical operations while supporting colleagues across the practice

Qualifications Needed:

  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary institution
  • Current or obtainable Wisconsin veterinary license
  • DEA registration maintained in accordance with applicable requirements
  • At least one year of veterinary practice experience preferred
  • Strong medical, surgical, dental and client communication capabilities

Package:

  • Signing and retention incentives available up to $50,000
