Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a busy and well-established GP setting where clinical autonomy, thoughtful case management and strong client communication are highly valued. The role offers a varied mix of consultations, medical workups and surgery, with the freedom to manage cases independently while still having access to collaborative support when needed.

Qualifications Needed:
- Veterinary degree recognised for registration in Australia
- Current veterinary registration in Queensland, or eligibility to obtain
- Strong general practice experience across consultations and surgery
- Confident independent case management and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills with a calm and collaborative approach
