Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a full-service practice offering a broad mix of general medicine, surgery and integrative treatment options. The successful veterinarian will have access to ultrasound, digital radiography, therapeutic laser and in-house laboratory capabilities, with the option to incorporate services such as acupuncture, chiropractic care and herbal medicine into suitable cases. In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing medical, surgical and preventive care across a varied small animal caseload
- Using diagnostic imaging and in-house testing to support clinical decision-making
- Discussing treatment options clearly and compassionately with pet owners
- Exploring integrative treatment approaches where clinically appropriate and of interest
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistent standards of patient care
