Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a compassionate and collaborative clinical team focused on delivering high-quality care for dogs and cats. The role offers a varied small animal caseload encompassing preventative medicine, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, digital radiology and ultrasound. A strong support team allows veterinarians to focus on patient care while maintaining meaningful relationships with clients and working closely with colleagues.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing routine consultations and developing individual treatment plans for patients
- Providing preventative healthcare and clear guidance to pet owners
- Using diagnostic imaging and laboratory findings to support clinical decisions
- Undertaking general surgical and dental procedures within your level of experience
- Collaborating with veterinary and support colleagues to maintain continuity of patient care
Qualifications Needed:
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Active Maryland veterinary licence or ability to obtain one
- Compassionate and confident client communication skills
- Commitment to collaborative, high-quality small animal medicine
