Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a well-equipped companion animal hospital offering a strong balance of clinical autonomy, teamwork and professional development. The successful candidate will work across a broad first-opinion caseload with access to a dedicated dental suite, separate operating room and on-site ultrasound, providing excellent scope for confident case management and continued skill development.
This position would particularly suit a veterinarian with five or more years of experience who enjoys taking an active role in supporting colleagues and contributing to clinical standards. There is scope to mentor less-experienced veterinarians, help develop practice procedures and work alongside management on the ongoing direction of the hospital.
Qualifications Needed:
- DVM degree or equivalent veterinary qualification
- Approximately five or more years of veterinary experience preferred
- Strong general practice and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to mentor colleagues and contribute to clinical leadership
- Excellent client communication with a collaborative and adaptable approach
