Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a long-established and well-equipped hospital providing comprehensive care to dogs and cats. Ideally bringing at least three years of experience, the successful veterinarian will manage a varied first-opinion caseload while building trusted client relationships and maintaining high standards of patient care. There is also scope to mentor veterinarians earlier in their careers, contribute to clinical protocols, and work alongside practice leadership in supporting the ongoing development of the hospital.
The hospital provides access to digital radiography, ultrasound, laboratory diagnostics, rehabilitation therapies, dentistry, and dedicated surgical facilities. Qualifications Needed:
- Veterinary degree with appropriate registration or eligibility to practise in Ontario
- At least three years of veterinary experience preferred
- Confidence managing a varied small animal caseload
- Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to mentor and support developing veterinary colleagues
