Job Description: Our client is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Radiologist to join a busy, multidisciplinary emergency and specialty referral facility offering excellent opportunities for advanced diagnostic imaging and professional growth. Close collaboration with specialists in surgery, oncology, ophthalmology and exotic animal medicine provides opportunities for multidisciplinary case discussions and advanced diagnostic interpretation. The position also offers scope to influence the development of imaging services, participate in veterinary student education and work alongside a highly experienced nursing team.
Qualifications Needed:
- Diplomate status in Veterinary Radiology or completion of recognised specialist residency training in diagnostic imaging.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent qualification with eligibility to obtain a California veterinary licence.
- Advanced expertise in interpreting diagnostic imaging studies, including CT, radiography and other specialist imaging modalities.
- Excellent clinical communication skills and confidence in discussing complex imaging findings with referring veterinarians and specialist colleagues.
- A collaborative approach to patient care with enthusiasm for teaching, clinical development and maintaining high diagnostic standards.
