Job Description: Our client is currently seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join their mixed animal team in the scenic surroundings of County Londonderry. This full-time role includes out-of-hours work and offers flexibility to tailor your caseload toward either a true 50:50 mixed position or a predominantly small animal focus. The role is ideal for someone keen to progress within a highly supportive, team-oriented practice.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver high-quality clinical care in both small animal and farm settings
- Participate in routine surgeries, diagnostics, and herd health planning
- Collaborate with senior colleagues and certificate holders
- Contribute to 1st and 2nd opinion veterinary care
- Support the OOH rota and emergency caseload as required
