Job Description: Our client is seeking an Emergency & Critical Care Veterinarian to join a highly respected 24/7 veterinary hospital delivering advanced emergency and referral-level care across New Zealand’s South Island. In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing emergency and critical care cases across a varied small animal caseload
- Providing high-quality patient assessment, stabilisation, and treatment planning
- Collaborating closely with referral clinicians, nurses, and support teams
- Maintaining clear and compassionate communication with pet owners
- Supporting excellent clinical standards and patient outcomes within the hospital
