Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced veterinarian with a strong focus on dentistry to join a modern small animal setting delivering primary and urgent care. This senior-level opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys advanced dental case management and wants the option to contribute to training and development of fellow veterinarians.
The successful candidate will diagnose and manage a wide range of dental and oral conditions, including periodontal disease, fractured teeth, oral masses and malocclusions. Responsibilities will include comprehensive dental examinations, professional cleanings, extractions and oral surgery, alongside preventative dental education for pet owners. The position includes a combination of in-clinic and administrative days across multiple Boston locations, with no overnight shifts or overnight hospitalisation responsibilities.
Qualifications Needed:
- DVM or equivalent veterinary qualification from an accredited institution
- Approximately 3–5+ years of veterinary dentistry experience preferred
- Board certification or eligibility advantageous but not essential
- Strong oral surgery, dental diagnostic and treatment-planning capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with an interest in collaborative clinical development
