Job Details: Our client in Yorkshire are looking for an experienced small animal Vet Surgeon to join their team. They have a high calibre of support staff including qualified RVNs, SVNs and VCAs.
They are a first opinion practice and this position offers a very varied mix of work, and to a degree the role can be tailored to accommodate an individual’s areas of enthusiasm.
Our client’s small animal surgery has excellent facilities (Two vet and one nurse consulting rooms, separate large operating theatre, large prep room, separate room for radiography and ultrasound scanning, isolation room, separate cat & dog kennels). Their equipment includes in-house biochemistry, critical care analyser, standard and dental digital radiography, ultrasound for both abdominal use and echocardiography, ECG and diathermy amongst other tools.
20-minute consult times, with consults taking place at 3 points in the day. Morning, lunch, and evening surgery.
They are ideally looking for someone to work 4/5 days per week but will consider a flexible working pattern.
